I get to practice yesterday for the bulls,realise that my old sweats that used to fit soo perfect dont fit anymore,is the booty big,love handles wobbling or whats up with me?Maybe these pants were just washed the other day. Who is fooling who? My mind or my body. Conclusion-i am fooling myself,body and mind. I decide to eat liquids and pleanty fruit for today and tomorrow. Let us see how I look at the game on Saturday. Remember to not follow suit: Just keep on training and eating healthy,then you dont need to crash eat or crash drink anything.
