There are so many girls out there that want to do this,obviously thinking all you need is a hot body and a pretty face.80 percent of the Bulls Babes are technically trained while the other 20% have to be awesomely hectic. Plus the fact that the girls undergo some rigoruos training sessions to stay in shape and watch what they eat.

These beauties also add to their careers as well as dancing for the Bulls, stunning personalities as opposed to your everyday cat-fights. People always ask me if we bicker against each other and I think they always get dissapointed when I say we are a bunch of dancers that love what we do and we have a coach who is also a sister,a mother,an advisor and a friend,and she doesnt take well to attitudes as well as craziness so there is non of that in our Bulls Babes family.

My Exercise does'nt look dodge, its the housemates that look shady





So Biggie thinks this is dodge,check the feed below. I think the housemates get away with a lot of things, so instead of me doing the old time favourite dance routines I settled for normal aerobics. Things were'nt looking too good this morning with only 8 downvillers in the Downville nest. 4 decided to pass the workout and slept but 5 came with Tamara not being able to hold up and eventually went back to bed.

Needless to say these kids are my favourites right now and whatever they do with a laugh and make it fun for themselves its cool with me so Biggie check yourself,exercise is meant to be fun and I enjoyed myself. It was hilarious..

Hip Hop workout with Downvillers-pledge to not laugh

Big Ups to the Downvillers for a swaggansta hip hop routine

Its day 39 in the Big Brother house. Early morning workout with the Downvillers was something else when the housemates asked to get a routine for their task tonight which is to create a hip hop music video(graffiti,breaking,mic check 1,2,choreo,and the works)

I don't know if Biggie will allow them to do a routine they copied from the trainer but lets cross fingers for them. I am growing fond of these kids,they are such a breath of fresh air,young,sassy,wannabees,sometimes clueless and not afraid to show it.


Junia and her tummy she calls fifi,Talia aka ms Seydou(quite quick to catch up to my routines,I like that),then we have Wati-always claiming there's something wrong with him because he doesn't want to wake up for the workout,Jeanette-always lying about stomach cramps-hope she gets a hiding from her mama,Tamara-I dont really get her,one day she is up,the next she is down(robot)green,red,yellow.


Then we have Nafe-(not much to say about him-not that alive)behind the scenes. Kyle-I like him-he is a people's pleaser in some way. Jess-non to say about her.

Malonza and Alex(duhhhhhhh-i cant really tell who's who but on the real these brothers don't really have much to offer(their fans will probably differ). Big ups to Keagan and Lee-they both can't dance for a packet of chips but forever supportive when I am in the house. Did I forget anyone,I hope not,probably because they are invisible.

How are your eating habits in this cold cold season

Woooow just when I thought I was having late nights in summer, then winter creeps up and one is forced to actually sleep early,because heaters are so bad these days they actually make one sick.

Yep the winter season is here and layers and layers of clothing and huge gym bags are coming alive. I suck in winter,not sure what to wear,what to pack in my gym bag and also cheating on my eating habits. This goes to all the gym junkies,we are in this together. My worst nightmares-margarine on toast,jam and peanut butter,and not on any bread,the white yummy just got baked type of bread. Went back to old school tendencies of wanting to just eat rice and tinned fish,I want to have cheeserolls and just devour them in the car on my way to work. Yes its cold and we tend to deviate from our healthy lifestyle.

So this is the tip-talk to yourself,imagine how hard it will be to get back to your summer shape and also how cold it is that you sometimes don't want to wake up to go train,and the layers that you have to stuff in your tog bag. So many healthy dishes that we can make for winter. Have your normal oats in the morning,snack in between with soup,peanut butter snack always comes in handy if you haven't had your protein,rooibos tea or chai tea in between meals.
Make fun with your meals at home while you are still keeping it real with the healthy alternative. I started mine today,got carried away now its back to normal. Made soup that I copied from my mom-boiled meat,carrots,lentils,sugar beans, mixed vegetables,potatoes. Yummm and it will last me for the whole week..

And always remember its not how many times you train-its what you put in that adds on to the weight..
