Ever heard everyone saying carbs are a no-no at night,especially those personal trainers at the gym trying to make money from you?? True or not???
Hate to disappoint,true that,research has found that if you take your carbs during the day, your chances of burning them are higher than when you are about to hit a sack. So lets take care of our bodies and remain beautiful.
