I got cramps

Ei you guys,my body has been aching for almost a week now, my physio said too much training and no stretching. What was I thinking, for a while I have been jumping up and down teaching zumba and hip hop and I never realised how important it was to stretch until recently. Oh my word, the balls of my feet are sorer than sore, my neck is out of order. Remember to not do what the trainer does, just do what she says.

Stretching is important for all gym fanatics especially dancers. The tip is to always be able to hold your stretch for 30 seconds and move on to the next,otherwise you will be makrokokroko like me,tense muscles that can't be loosened or should I say muscles taking forever to be stretched..

So guys please do remember to stretch..
