Recipe:
2 eggs
3 different colourants(u pick)
Dairy Milk chocolate
Marshmallows
How to make low fat easter eggs..
Fill the pot with cold water and place the eggs.Bring to boil
Mix your colourants into a jug
Leave the marshmallows and the chocolate wrapped.
NOWWWWWWWWWWW,DRUM ROLL
Peel the egg shells and take out the egg yellow. Dont let the shells get into your gel nails they will never get out in between the gel and the nail((hehehehe)
Eat your egg white and throw everything away,(I said everything) you have had your protein for the day and because you are eating these eggs during Easter(they are Easter eggs))))Haebo

We are in South Africa,I am not sure about the world but tomorrow is a holiday and Monday and 3 days after that cos most people will be on leave. Braais, braais and more braais, pap,pap,pap,gravy,gravy,gravy?????chakalaka phew I almost forgot.Heeeee we don't eat easter eggs a lot but kids do,all over the world as a matter of fact. But whatever you do over this long weekend,indulging or not you will consume more calories than normal.
TIPS:Remember to hit the gym when you get back: Zumba, high impact aerobics class,Taebo,Bootcamp(no weights), spinning no hill. You can never go wrong with these. And always remember that its getting cold so your body takes a while longer to heat up, add more time to your workout or more intensity. So happy Easter bloggers. Dont forget to go to church.
